Installation of the Roxy Paine

So this week it’s been 75 twice and iced twice. The 2nd time to ice was yesterday, the predetermined offloading date for Roxy Paine’s Conjoined, 2007, and it was so much fun.  The two stainless steel trunks you see were hoisted by crane off the trucks and onto the lawn, in blistering cold and rain/sleet/snow.  Anyway, it will go in across the reflecting pool from the museum galleries and be fully assembled by the end of the month.  We will keep you updated on the progress.
